Camp Starlight, a co-ed traditional sleep-away camp in the Endless Mountains of Northeast Pennsylvania, is looking to hire a Soccer Director for this summer of 2025. Housing, travel, and food and a competitive salary are all included in the compensation package. Qualifications and Expectations

Sports Director:

· Minimum 5 years experience instructing/coaching (preferably with children ages 7-15 with different skill levels) in baseball.

· Develop and implement specific sports lesson plans.

· Manage 1-2 sports specialists for the summer.

Requirements:

· Our ideal candidate has a passion for one of the sports below and a strong interest in working with children of all levels.

· Experience in teaching individuals, groups, and managing coaches is preferred.
