Southwest Minnesota State University Women’s Swimming and Diving is looking for a Graduate Assistant for the upcoming 2024-25 season. Coaching duties include assisting the Head Coach in all areas of program operations including practices, competitions, recruiting, camps, and all aspects of the swimming and diving program. Qualifications include acceptance into graduate school, enrolling in a minimum of six credits per semester, and candidate must meet the Minnesota State's vehicle driving qualifications. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous coaching experience and collegiate swimming and/or diving experience. The stipend is $8,000 plus 18 credit hours of tuition waiver per year.
