The Assistant Athletic Director, Scouting for Men's Basketball provides oversight and management for all aspects of scouting videos as well as team and student-athlete operations communication and development. This includes film exchange, video capture, editing, production, equipment maintenance, and related support for coaches, and student-athletes use. Will serve as primary liaison to areas such as academics, student-athlete housing, financial aid and equipment. Maintains team calendar and correspondence. Assistant camp director for Pitt Sports Camps. Must possess excellent logic and troubleshooting skills, and demonstrate excellent customer service. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position will report to the Head Basketball Coach.

Essential Functions: ⢠Oversee and coordinate all scouting video operations, including all scouting reports, game film coordination, in-game technology, post-game feedback of highlight clips, assistance with teaching tapes and recruiting video and presentations. ⢠Coordinate scorebook for starters and game officials ⢠Assists with equipment needs for the team ⢠Assists with collaborating with marketing and communications teams to promote events. ⢠Assists to maintain compliance with all rules and regulations of the University, NCAA, ACC, state-level and federal-level. ⢠Communication and development of team and student-athlete operations
Physical Effort: Travel will be required at various games and events and may be required to stand and walk for long periods of time. The individual must be able to be mobile. The individual will also travel to meetings and around campus and the city for tours.
