In collaboration with the Chief Health Officer, responsible for the organization and administration of autonomous healthcare delivery for student athletes. Reports to an Associate Director of Athletic Medicine with oversight from the Director of Athletic Medicine. Responsible for promoting the mission and objectives of the Intercollegiate Athletics Department, including adherence to all department policies and procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the University of Oregon, BIG 10 Conference, and the NCAA.
This position will primarily support our intercollegiate Track & Field and Cross Country programs. Please note that sport assignments are subject to change based on departmental needs and staffing considerations.
Special Conditions of employment: Possess a valid driver’s license with the ability to obtain and maintain a University of Oregon Driver's Certification.
Minimum Requirements
• Master’s degree and current BOCATC certification. • Eligible for Oregon licensure as an athletic trainer.

Preferred Qualifications
• One year of athletic training experience at Division I university. • Advanced clinical skills to support Athletic Healthcare. • Experience providing direction and oversight of healthcare delivery in a high-performance athletics environment.
