With a commitment to excellence, we aim to create a dynamic and supportive environment where athletes can thrive, develop their skills, and compete at the highest levels.The Head Coach of Women’s Wrestling is responsible for the organization and administration of all aspects of the sport or sports activities including supervision, teaching and implementing skills and strategies, recruiting, budget development, scheduling, purchasing, facility maintenance, public relations, community outreach, and implementation of NCAA policies and regulations.

Work-Related Knowledge:

Working knowledge of the NCAA rules and regulations.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.

Experience:

One to two years previous coaching experience and/or training and competitive background indicative of the ability to coach successfully in a NCAA Division III liberal arts college environment.

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered.)
