Join our dynamic women's basketball program as a Graduate Assistant and contribute to the success of our team both on and off the court. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will assist in organizing and implementing practice sessions, game strategy development, player skill development, and recruitment efforts. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the head coach and other staff members to ensure the overall success of the program. Additionally, you will support student-athletes in achieving their academic goals, providing guidance and mentorship to help them excel in the classroom.

In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for women's basketball. The ideal candidate will have playing or coaching experience at the collegiate level and a desire to pursue a career in coaching. A Bachelor's degree is required, and candidates pursuing a Master's degree in a related field are preferred. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
