Lincoln Memorial University is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Strength and Conditioning Coach to support the physical development and performance of student-athletes across all sports programs. This position plays a vital role in helping athletes reach their full potential through tailored strength and conditioning programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field

• Certification from either:

  • National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA – CSCS), or

  • Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA – SCCC)

• CPR/First Aid certified

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field

• Collegiate-level coaching experience

• Experience working with a diverse range of sports

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
