An example of job responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following:

•Assist in managing preparation of all premium spaces for football season

•Oversee, plan and prepare premium spaces for baseball gamedays Evening and weekend work is required as well as some travel

•Manage communication with customers who request external events, tours and photos on the field

•Assist in hiring scheduling and training of Hospitality & Events Ambassadors (part-time employees)

•Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree at time of application
• Experience working in athletics events and hospitality
• Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign experience
• Experience working in an NCAA Division 1 Athletics

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment
