The Coordinator of Facility is responsible for promotion and operation of the facility, booking, security, production, maintenance and related operations. The Coordinator of Facility gives direction to each department, as needed though the departments director.
Essential Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities •Building Operations, and Events Services. •Assist game management for men’s basketball, women’s basketball, and volleyball. •Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise student staff and complete student employee payroll. •Schedule main court / practice court / Anderson Club / Schmidthorst Heritage Hall. •Assistant with the sales and marketing programs and actively pursue new business opportunities. •Develop relationships and interact with service providers •Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
