The University of South Carolina Aiken, an NCAA Division II Institution and member of the Peach Belt Conference, is seeking a Head Men’s Soccer Coach. The Head Men’s Soccer Coach is responsible for providing coaching expertise, leadership, management, rules compliance and administration of all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division II program resulting in a positive and beneficial intercollegiate experience for student-athletes. Other related duties as assigned by supervisor. The successful candidate will possess the following: Demonstrated knowledge of sport rules and regulations as well as NCAA rules and regulations; proven ability to recruit and retain student athletes; valid driver’s license with good driving record; demonstrated administrative skills in a university athletic setting; demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills; and professional and personal integrity.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree and three years college coaching experience in the sport.
Preferred qualifications: Master’s Degree, a minimum of 5 years of collegiate coaching experience, experience in NCAA DI or DII, and recruiting experience in the southeast region.
