Coordinate food and beverage operations for department. Coordinates with outside vendors as needed, this includes reviewing menu options. Prepare budgets and strategic reports for food and beverage. Oversight of liquor license for department. Coordinate special liquor license requests. Liaison with athletics concessionaires. Coordinate athletic strategies for food and beverage. Department liaison with campus for liquor license usage and enforcement. Additional duties as assigned.
