2- positions:

1st position: Assistant Volleyball Coach- Stipend position 20k per year/ 5 meals per week/ no benefits

2nd position: Graduate position- Volleyball -2500 stipend full tuition - 5 meals per week

Columbia International University is a member of the NAIA, which successfully competes in the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) in 12 sports. CIU is also a member and competes within the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA). Bachelor’s degree and previous volleyball coaching/collegiate playing experience.

Successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess the ability to recruit, teach and coach highly talented student-athletes who can succeed in challenging environments on and off the court. Maintain knowledge of coaching strategies by aiding in designing and providing instruction on individual and team skills to both junior varsity and varsity athletes. Ability to coach the junior varsity team.

Experience with using video breakdown, analysis, and analytics to improve team performance.

Valid driver license and comfortability with transporting team when necessary.
