This is a full-time, probationary, non-exempt position and includes full benefits. Athletic Corporation employees are at-will.

Job SummaryUnder the general direction of the Director of Player Personnel, the Assistant Director of Player Personnel will assist in all aspects of recruiting potential student-athletes. This includes, but is not limited to, identification of high school and transfer prospects, database management, unofficial/official visits, high school camp operations, and creating recruiting presentations.
Key Qualifications - Ability to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Ability to work independently under general instruction and limited supervision on a variety of routine and complex assignments
- Thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation and spelling, and the ability to draft accurate, professional business correspondence
- Excellent organizational skills
