Compensation and Benefits
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $3,333 per month
This is a full-time, probationary, non-exempt position and includes full benefits. Athletic Corporation employees are at-will.

Under the general direction of the Director of Player Personnel, the Assistant Director of Player Personnel will assist in all aspects of recruiting potential student-athletes. This includes, but is not limited to, identification of high school and transfer prospects, database management, unofficial/official visits, high school camp operations, and creating recruiting presentations.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
Ability to work independently under general instruction and limited supervision on a variety of routine and complex assignments
Thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation and spelling, and the ability to draft accurate, professional business correspondence
Excellent organizational skills

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
Minimum two years experience working in a collegiate football office
