Position Summary
Assist the head coach in all phases of the specified sport program including, but not limited to, recruiting qualified student-athletes, organization and design of practice and competition, scheduling, travel arrangements, budget management, supervision of academic progress, alumni development, fundraising and any other duties as assigned, and compliance with University, Conference, and NCAA rules.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required. Successful candidate must have Bachelor’s degree conferred at the time of application. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and comply with the university’s vehicle use policy. Pass the NCAA coaches test required annually.
The following experience is required:
1 to 2 years college softball coaching experience at the Division I, II, III, NAIA, Junior College level and/or club softball coaching experience and/or High School softball coaching experience (2 years of graduate assistantship equals 1 year of professional experience).
