The assistant coach will help plan and execute practices and game plans for a competitive NCAA Division III program. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach with student-athlete recruitment and development, on-field instruction, strength training, equipment/uniform maintenance, social media management, travel accommodations, and community service engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and previous competitive playing experience at the college or university level required; previous coaching experience preferred. The successful candidate will also become knowledgeable of NCAA Division III rules and regulations, be proficient with Windows operating system and have strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Must have a valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record by insurance standards. Will be required to attain CPR/First Aid certification.
