Work directly with the Head men's and women's track and cross country coach to organize and administer all aspects of our NCAA Division I men's and women's track and cross country programs. Essential duties: day to day coaching of assigned student athletes; individual skill instruction, recruiting academically sound and competitive student athletes; scheduling to enhance NCAA championship opportunities; organize and arrange team travel plans; oversee and promote compliance of NCAA rules among staff, student athletes and representatives of athletic interest; serve as a positive role model for the student athletes and budgeting assigned funds for track and cross country programs. The incumbent will oversee on and off-campus recruiting, assist with meet preparations, and player improvements.
