Job Summary: The BYU Women’s Tennis Assistant Coach will assist the Head Coach in organizing and directing a competitive Division I women’s tennis program. The assistant coach will work closely with the head coach to develop and provide guidance and instruction to players and assist with strategies and planning. Duties/Expectations: Player Development and Coaching •Under the Direction of the head coach, provide coaching in both a team and individual setting to improve tennis skills •Participate in the creation of practice plans, teach private lessons to BYU team members, assist in match preparation, advise on strategy, and provide direct coaching and assistance during matches •Run practice in the absence of the head coach •Research and identify the latest trends and tech
