Position Overview The Menlo College Athletics Department seeks applications for the position of Director of Men’s & Women’s Golf. This is a full-time, 11-month, exempt position, and reports jointly to the Assistant Director of Athletics & Chief Revenue Officer, and the Vice President and Director of Athletics. The description of responsibilities below is intended to be a descriptive but not necessarily all-inclusive list of responsibilities. The Director of Men’s & Women’s Golf is responsible for the recruitment and retention of student-athletes and program development to produce successful individual and team performance. The individual must be committed to a holistic approach to developing student-athletes as leaders in the classroom, in the community, and on the court.
