The Director of Golf / Head Men's and Women's Golf Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects and management of both a Men’s and Women’s competitive NCAA Division I Golf programs including conducting practices and games, scheduling competitions, recruiting of qualified students, fundraising, fiscal oversight, and donor/alumni/community relations. This person will supervise two part-time assistant coaches and travel with both programs on a rotating basis. Women’s Golf will begin intercollegiate competition in the Atlantic 10 Conference during the 2026-2027 academic year. Through strategic recruiting, the program will be expected to have enough student-athletes to compete while continuing to recruit for future classes.
