Job Description The Head Coach for the Women’s Track and Field, Women's Cross Country, and Men’s Cross Country is responsible for the recruitment, retention, and training of the sports program. The head coach also oversees the Assistant Track Coach. Responsibilities Coaching, training, and leadership of all practice and competition operations pertaining to the Women's Track and Field, Women's Cross Country, and Men's Cross Country programs, while also leading coaching staff of the program Maintains compliance with UTC, SoCon, and NCAA rules and regulations Organizes and coordinates administrative tasks as assigned including but not limited to team travel, equipment procurement for team, meet schedules, budget assistance, office duties, academics, and maintaining office hours
