The Head Women's Basketball Coach at the University of Hartford assumes responsibility for the organization, administration and management of all phases of a competitive NCAA Division III sports program in compliance with the philosophies and objectives of the Department of Athletics, the University of Hartford and NCAA bylaws. Assumes responsibility for adherence to the rules and regulations governing University, conference affiliations and the NCAA, including assisting in the education process extended to faculty, staff, alumni, donors and the community when appropriate.
