Responsibilities As Associate Head Coach you will help support and carry out the vision of the Director/Head Coach of Swimming & Diving. The Associate Head Coach position administers all aspects of the men’s and women’s swimming & diving program. The Associate Head Coach will manage and oversee the daily operations of the swimming & diving program including practice, gameday activities, recruiting, budget management, academic monitoring and mentoring of student-athletes.
