POSITION DESCRIPTION: To serve in a part-time capacity as Assistant Coach of the University’s Men’s and Women’s Track & Field program. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Assist the head coach in planning and conducting practices and competitions. Support recruitment and retention of student-athletes aligned with the university’s mission. Promote respect, discipline, and wellness among athletes. Assist with promoting an atmosphere of compliance. Monitor academic progress and promote student-athlete well-being.
