Ripon College, an NCAA Division III institution and member of the Midwest Conference, seeks a dynamic and driven individual to serve as the inaugural Head Coach for its new Women’s Flag Football program. Reporting to the Vice President and Director of Athletics, the Head Women’s Flag Football Coach will be responsible for:
? The first year will focus on developing and implementing a strategic recruiting plan to build a competitive women’s flag football program, set to begin competition in the spring of 2027. ?
