To effectively serve the Department of Athletics and assist the Head Women’s Soccer Coach by performing administrative roles and responsibilities that will help effectively manage the day-to-day operations of a Division I women’s soccer program. The success of the program will be evaluated overall success (conference championships and NCAA tournament appearances), recruiting, retention and graduating student-athletes and community service. This position represents the second level of command structure after the head coach and is the primary recruiter.
