The Head Flag Football Coach instructs and trains student athletes in the fundamentals of Flag Football and provides guidance regarding student athlete academic success. The coach develops, recruits, and administers a competitive Flag Football program consistent with the student-athlete philosophy of NCAA Division III athletics. Coach is expected to develop, coordinate and manage an active recruitment and retention program for Flag Football student athletes.
