DEPARTMENT: Athletics POSITION STATUS: Full-time, 12-month POSITION REPORTS TO: Director of Athletics LOCATION: Fort Wayne JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Athletics, is responsible for the operation of the entire women’s flag football programs, including service to players, recruitment, and retention of student-athletes, supervision of assistants, coordination of game and practice schedules, and external relations. The Head Coach for Flag Football will operate the program within the guidelines established by the Director of Athletics and in accordance with the goals of the University of Saint Francis. The ideal candidate must understand the Catholic faith and be able to guide student-athletes through their faith journey during their time a
