**JOB SUMMARY** The Head Men's Lacrosse Coach is responsible for leading and managing the Men's Lacrosse program, ensuring alignment with the college's values, the Department of Athletics, NAIA regulations, and conference standards. This role focuses on recruiting student-athletes, overseeing team operations, and fostering their personal and athletic development. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** - Oversee and execute all facets of the Men's Lacrosse program, ensuring that all efforts align with the college's strategic objectives, the overarching goals of the Department of Athletics, and adhere to the regulations set forth by the NAIA and relevant conference guidelines. - Actively recruit and retain highly skilled student-athletes who demonstrate potential for success in the NAIA fra
