**JOB SUMMARY** The Head Women's Lacrosse Coach is responsible for leading and managing the Women's Lacrosse program, ensuring alignment with the college's values, the Department of Athletics, NAIA regulations, and conference standards. This role focuses on recruiting student-athletes, overseeing team operations, and fostering their personal and athletic development. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** - Execute all facets of the Women's Lacrosse program, ensuring that all objectives are met in alignment with the strategic goals of the college, the Department of Athletics, and the regulations set forth by the NAIA and the respective conference.
