SUMMARY This position is responsible for directing, leading and directing, and mentoring the men’s and women’s tennis programs, including management of assistant coaches and recruitment, training, and mentoring of student-athletes. The Head Tennis Coach must possess a vibrant Christian faith, an understanding of and commitment to the mission of Calvin University, and to building a healthy team culture. The coach must be a highly collaborative colleague, an outstanding manager, and a results-driven, competitor with a record of success. This position requires an understanding and commitment to the mission of Calvin University, the ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and excellent relational skills for an ability to work with studen
