The Director of Ticket Operations reports to the Assistant Athletic Director -Ticket Operations and serves as a leader in the creation, communication and execution of customer service and sales/marketing plans necessary to increase sales and achieve revenue goals for the Department of Athletics. A key component of increased revenue generation is the Department of Athletics Business Intelligence/Data Analytics Project. Serve in a lead role and as the primary Ticket Office contact for this project, which has already received and will continue to receive extensive Ticket Office support and requires the involvement of an individual with significant technical competencies requiring a broader technical skill set.
