Kent School seeks a girls rowing assistant coach for the 2024-2025 season who is committed to the growth and well-being of our students. An ideal candidate will have previous experience coaching with a high school, club, or college program and possess sound technical knowledge of the fundamentals of rowing and rigging. This new staff member would be expected to work as part of a team of coaches, contributing to the design of training sessions, athlete development, and race preparation of crews. The candidate must have the ability to effectively communicate with student-athletes, coaches, and athletic and school administration.
