Part Time Assistant needed. Approximately 10 - 15 hours per week. Hours are flexible.
Duties would include preparation of invoices, payroll, quotes, acquisition of materials, scheduling, follow up with superintendents; vendors, and coordinating completion of punch list items.
Competency with MS Excel is required.
This position requires the individual to possess a high level of organization and attention to detail. A great candidate is self motivated and a quick learner who does not require constant supervision.
