The Women's Head Softball Coach will be a positive, energetic leader who can teach, motivate, and recruit student-athletes. The head coach is primarily responsible for coordinating all aspects of a NCAA Division I Women's Softball program including, but not limited to, managing day-to-day operations, recruiting academically and athletically qualified student-athletes, fostering and supporting student-athlete welfare, practice and game day preparation and coaching, scheduling, budget management, hiring and supervising assistant coaches, fundraising and public relations, and adherence to the NCAA, Big West, and University rules.
