Responsibilities: The esports assistant coach will assist the director of esports with a variety of duties. These include, but are not limited to, the recruitment and retention of the appropriate student-athlete, scouting, team practices primarily taking place in the evening or at night, game-day preparation, enforcing team & school policies, facility management, and event management duties during the off-season.
