Southwestern Community College is seeking an individual to serve as the associate head softball coach. The individual will be responsible for working closely with the head coach for recruiting, coaching and the overall direction of the softball program. Previous coaching and recruiting experience are required with a proven commitment to excellence at the collegiate level preferred. Bachelors degree is required. The associate head softball coach will also have the opportunity to serve as a housing coordinator and as career specialist.
