Summary Of Job Duties The Quality Control - Offense position is responsible for assisting the offensive coaching staff in preparing for practice and games through detailed analysis, organization of information, and administrative support. This position plays a critical role in the implementation of the offensive game plan by breaking down film, creating scouting reports, and ensuring that all necessary materials are available for coaches and players, as is permissible under NCAA rules and regulations. Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
