The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Assistant Coach, Softball ROLE of the POSITION This position exists to provide leadership, organization, and technical expertise, training, and development of student athletes with respect to producing a competitive softball program. This position is expected to teach student-athletes the game of softball, promote and foster academic success, contribute to the overall development of the athlete in meeting the intellectual and ethical challenges and values of life and responsible citizenship by enhancing critical thinking, leadership skills, and social integrity, and finally, accomplish recognition as one of the top national softball programs. The Assistant Coach is directly accountable to the Head Coach specific
