Summary: Reporting to the Head Softball Coach, the Assistant Softball Coach will be responsible for all phases of a competitive NCAA Division I softball program, competing in the Big South Conference. Work Performed: On field Coaching, practice planning, recruiting, travel arrangements, budget management, camps/clinics, field maintenance and development of the program within the guidelines of the NCAA, Big South Conference, and Charleston Southern University.
