PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES: The Men’s Head Soccer Coach is responsible for the planning, development, administration, and oversight of the College soccer program; with primary focus on teaching, instructing and tutoring student athletes the rules and fundamentals of the sport of soccer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1.Coach conducts practices and clinics, and determines the number, duration and content of those practices and clinics that is in the best interests of College. 2.Coach will teach, tutor and instruct team members on the rules and fundamentals of the sport. 3.Offers instruction and coaching to advance the performance of each athlete. 4.Coach supervises and coaches the team on all travel of the home and away events. 5.Develops, supervises and conducts the recruiting p
