Head Strength Coach
The Head Strength Coach will be responsible for the design and implementation of training protocols for the assigned teams and athletes.
Responsibilities & Duties: Design and implement strength and conditioning training protocols for all teams and athletes assigned to the weight room. Serve as the primary strength and conditioning coach for a revenue sport and secondary for four other sports as assigned. Supervise one full-time assistant strength coach assigned as primary strength & conditioning coach for other sports. Co-lead development and administration of the Racer Nutrition/refueling program, in collaboration with nutrition & dietetics staff/resources on campus and volunteer and/or student assistance.
