K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for a DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES, which is a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position. An example of job duties includes but are not limited to: •Research, recommend, implement, and manage KSA local agency human resource programs and oversee/manage human resources office; must be knowledgeable of both Kansas State University and K-State Athletics (KSA) benefits, as well as federal, and state employment, time and leave, and payroll policy/regulations to maintain proper benefits, employment process, payroll/time and leave, etc. •Prepare numerous Excel reports for annual audits, payroll, workman's compensation, etc. •Assist senior staff, supervisors and employees with human resource issues and questions. •
