The University at Albany is seeking highly qualified applicants for a full-time Division 1 Assistant Women’s Rowing Coach. Women’s Rowing was recently added as the 18th Division I sport at the University at Albany. The salary for this position is $48k-$50k, depending on experience. Full NYS benefits, retirement, Union benefits (UUP), and moving expenses are include. The Assistant Coach will assist the Head Coach with all aspects of the program including recruiting, official and unofficial visits, practice planning, regatta preparation and scouting, scheduling of contests in conjunction with the sport administrator, student-athlete welfare, academic compliance and monitoring, NCAA, Conference and University rules compliance, fundraising and community service.
