Position Summary: The Ticket Office Graduate Assistant will assist in the oversight, management, and accountability of the ETSU Athletics Ticket Office. This person will support the Assistant Athletic Director for Ticketing & Revenue Development with all operations, sales, and customer service efforts.
This position has supervisory and leadership responsibility for Ticket Representatives, Interns, and Student Workers as assigned.
