The University of Northwestern Ohio (UNOH) is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach. UNOH is a member of the NAIA and sponsors 13 varsity sports. The Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach position includes the following responsibilities: •Design and implement programs to meet the needs and goals of the athletes and solely responsible for specific sports programs. •Conduct assessments to identify any areas of improvement for a student athlete. •Integrate injury prevention techniques into programs and work in partnership with Athletic Training staff on injury-specific rehab. •Attend and coach various strength and conditioning practices and competitions as needed to support coaches and athlete performance, health, and wellness.
