The position of Head Softball Coach in the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (UWL) Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (“the Department”) reports directly to UWL’s Director of Athletics. The coach will manage the daily operations of a Division III intercollegiate softball program competing in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (“WIAC”), with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the supervision of the assistant coaching staff and the planning, recruiting, coaching, developing, implementing, and administering of the softball program (“UWL Softball”) to meet University and Department objectives.
