Reporting to the President and Executive Director, the Head Dive Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the RBAC’s year-round dive program, including providing and coordinating high quality coaching of athletes ranging ability from beginner to elite levels. The Head Coach will work closely with the RBAC’s Executive staff members to coordinate team needs and strategically plan to maximize opportunities for the program and organization. This position may provide direct supervision to salaried staff and hourly employees, and will oversee the management of the team budget. All staff at the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center lead through a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, both within the RBAC and with the communities that we serve.
