The Assistant Athletics Director for Development, under supervision from the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Advancement, is responsible for developing and executing the plan to increase total membership in One Spartan Nation, with a particular focus on increasing the number of new members through both giving and ticket sales, drive increased membership renewal percentages, plan and execute an annual volunteer Membership Drive, design and manage the stewardship process for all Athletics annual giving donors in One Spartan Nation, and lead the sales of premium seating (suites, club areas, and courtside seats) for the Department.
