Position Summary: This position will have a dual reporting line; to the Director of NCAA Compliance and to the Head Softball Coach. Coaching responsibilities will include expertise, leadership, management and administration of all aspects of a competitive NCAA program which results in a positive intercollegiate experience for student-athletes. NCAA Compliance responsibilities will include implementation and maintenance of the athletic department’s comprehensive compliance program for the college’s NCAA Division II intercollegiate athletics program.
