The ECNL Technical Director is responsible for management, maintenance and implementation of the ECNL program in the U12-U19 ages and all Pre-ECNL teams.  The ECNL Director shall at all times conduct his duties and report directly to the Director of Coaching.   The U16-U19 Boys Director of Coaching will be responsible for the management and oversight of all U16-U19 teams and coaches in Rio Rapids Soccer Club and will implement the philosophy and curriculum of the Club.  This position will be responsible for ensuring quality development of male players of all ages and levels within the U16-U19 age range.
